At the cathedral of St. Justin of Chieti
FEAST OF CARABINIERI
“P.G. Lerario” of Silvi the “official choral of the Force”

(dec 15^th, 2015) The Feast of the "Virgo Fidelis", patron saint of the Force of Carabinieri took place on the 24^th November in Chieti with a solemn Mass celebrated by Bishop Military Ordinary Msgr. Santo Marciano in the cathedral of St. Justin dell'Arma packed with representatives from across the region. Did the honors Gen. Michael Sirimarco, commander of the Carabinieri Legion d'Abruzzo assisted by Commanders of Commands province.

There were present, including the authorities, the Prefect of Chieti Antonio Corona, the Quaestor Vincenzo Di Primio Feltrinelli and the mayor and the regional representatives of the associations former policemen. Silvi was also present with his choral "P.G. Lerario" invited by the General Command of the Force, through greater Massimiliano De Luca who heads the department's operating provincial command of Teramo, to animate with songs the Holy Mass celebrated by the ordinary military. Our choir, as usual, played with great professionalism the task assigned. After the celebration he was nicely declared the "choir of the Force". Mgr. Marciano before the final blessing thanked the choir calling it "one of the best choral sacred" from him so far heard urging everyone to give her a round of applause! Besides the liturgical service in our Parish of the Assumption, the choral Lerario will held the following Christmas concerts: December the 29^th in Corropoli Palatenda Square Footer Court; January the 3^rd, 2016 in St. Agnes Church in Pineto; January the 4^th in Mosciano S. Angelo.
