THE “P. G. LERARIO” CHOIR AT ORISTANO

2009 Oristano (March 7^th, 2009) Still a nice success for our Choral "P. John Lerario "Oristano where she was invited by the Chorale "Maurizio Carta", the Municipality and the Province of Oristano on the occasion of the Festival "Singin 'in Carnival - Homage to know Sartiglia". The event was held in the theater "A. Garau". The choir has presented some songs from his repertoire of Abruzzo folk who have been rewarded with long applause from the large audience present. Particularly appreciated the poignant lament of the execution of a widow of the soprano Anita out accompanied by the choir. A standing ovation stressed the brilliant interpretation of Alfredo Costantini and Lanfranco the Loreta the musical scene of the temptation of St. Anthony, written by Antonio Di Iorio in 1928, drawing on ancient folk customs Abruzzo, and reworked for the "Lerario" from Director Franco Costantini.
